Security Announcement - Thursday, July 19, 2007

Two security items are now required to register:

1) Proof of U.S. citizenship for all attendees . Proof of U.S. citizenship includes
- a current U.S. Passport, or,
- a copy of a U.S. Birth Certificate and a personal identification with photo, or,
- a current Voters Registration Card and a personal identification with photo.

2) U.S. Government ID badge or DD2345 Certification for your company . Each individual not working directly for a government agency (i.e., if you do not have a government identification and security clearance) must have DD2345 certification with their employer.

You must provide both security items upon checking in at the meeting registration desk or you will not be allowed to attend. If you have questions about this change, please contact Diane Folz (dfolz@mse.vt.edu).

3.) MAKE SURE TO HAVE ALL FORMS WITH YOU AT REGISTRATION:

- PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP (Sec 1) and

- PROOF OF GOVERNMENT (Sec 2) or

- DD2345 FORM
